“The 2020 Rapp Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon is expressive with aromatics of wild bramble berry fruits alongside red licorice and vanilla and sweet tobacco. The warmer baking spice notes are a nod from the seamless oak integration. On the palate, juicy notes of dark plum, black berries and Bing cherry meld seamlessly with hints of cinnamon, dark roasted coffee beans and sage. This wine transitions from the bright, round entry through the creamy midpalate and onto a broad-shouldered finish."
