MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Wine Club allocations typically ship in March-April and September-October. These dates are weather permitting. Shadybrook Estate reserves the right to put shipments on a “weather hold” during extreme weather conditions to ensure safe delivery of the shipment.

Wine Club Members hereby authorize Shadybrook Estate Winery to charge my credit card 7-10 business days prior to each shipment of wine, twice a year (Spring and Fall). This includes all applicable shipping, and tax as required by local and state laws.

Wine Club Membership is available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Wine shipments must be signed for by an adult who is 21 years of age or older upon delivery.

Cancellations made prior to receiving 2 scheduled shipments, after the initial activation order, are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to members@shadybrookestate.com at least 7 days before the end of our customization period. Updates received after this deadline will be subject to the scheduled charges.

Wine Club Memberships are ongoing, and shipments will automatically be charged to the card on file unless changes are made at least 7 days before the end of our customization period.

Customizations of shipments must match the order value of your Wine Club's seasonal release. Notification of any shipment changes or account updates must occur at least 7 days before the end of our customization period. Updates received after this deadline will be subject to the scheduled charges.

Upon signup, Wine Club Members agree to receive automated text messages from our winery, including promotional offers. No purchases from these promotional offers are required. Up to 6 automated messages per month can occur. Reply “STOP” to any messages to end automated messaging. Ending automated messaging or unsubscribing does not cancel Wine Club Membership. Unreported changes of address, non-delivery and forwarding of packages resulting in additional shipping fees will be charged to the member. Refused club shipments are subject to a restocking fee.

Orders marked for pickup at our Estate are pre-packed and held for 60 days. Orders not picked up within 60 days will be contacted for preferred next steps. Orders not picked up within 90 days will be shipped to the delivery address on file, and shipping fees will apply. Please contact us at members@shadybrookestate.com with questions or special requests.

If membership is put on hold for any amount of time, or if a member chooses to skip a shipment, member benefits will also be put on hold and not available for use. To reactivate membership benefits, the member must purchase a Wine Club shipment equivilant to the average shipment cost of their affiliated membership tier.
