The Cave Series Experience
Immerse yourself in a wine and culinary experience like no other and be among the first to taste our new, highly allocated, Cave Series wines. Nestled within the 16,000 square feet of cave, set into the picturesque Coombsville hillside behind The Overlook, this unique venue offers an intimate, once-in-a-lifetime experience that will captivate with every sip and bite.
Guests will be welcomed by their Cave Series ambassador and led into the CAVE where their adventure begins by barrel sampling future vintages while learning about our property and what makes the CAVE so ideal for storing and aging our wines.
Following the tour and barrel tasting, guests are in for a one-of-a-kind wine and food pairing experience thoughtfully curated in partnership with our Winemaker, Rudy Zuidema, and world-renowned Executive Chef and Owner of La Toque restaurant, Ken Frank.
