Juicy structured tannins coat the palate with highlighting flavors of red raspberry, black cherry, and rhubarb pie, interwoven with hints of white pepper, clove, and allspice. “The 2020 Shadybrook Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is grown on our Estate vineyard located in Coombsville tucked on a southeast facing hillside in the Napa Valley. This fog cooled vineyard imbues aromas of crème de cassis, rose petal, worn leather undertones, and an exciting umami quality.
