“Pale golden straw in color, the 2021 Shadybrook Estate Platiné Blanc is a stunning Napa Valley expression of a white Bordeaux.  Upon opening, fresh notes of orange blossoms, toasted almond, and white peach jump from the glass. Clean and balanced, the palate boasts flavors of lemon custard, lychee, brioche, and a floral tease of honeysuckle. Finishing with a vibrant and juicy finish that showcases the classic viscous texture of Semillon with a touch of brightness from the Sauvignon Blanc.”
