“The 2019 Rapp Ranch Cutters Reserve Red Blend has a strong influence of Petit Verdot that boast abundant aromas of ripe plum, blackberry, and cranberry followed by hints of clove, tea leaves, and black pepper.  Full bodied and concentrated with a sensational fruit core, vanilla bean, worn leather, sweet tobacco, and a hint of dark chocolate covered cherries dance along the palette.  Silkily structured, well-balanced acidity and a lingering finish, this wine is the embodiment of powerful elegance.”

“Ruby red in color, the 2020 Rapp Ranch Pinot Noir is complex and exhibits phenomenal structure. Expressions of beautiful aromas layered in warm fennel and sage spices mingled with the fresh fruit components of rhubarb, Bing cherries and hint of rose petal. An agile wine with flavors of matcha tea, strawberry jam, and rich chocolate melt into a round, finely textured finish with subtle notes of wet stone and cedar. “Pale golden straw in color, the 2021 Shadybrook Estate Platiné Blanc is a stunning Napa Valley expression of a white Bordeaux.  Upon opening, fresh notes of orange blossoms, toasted almond, and white peach jump from the glass. Clean and balanced, the palate boasts flavors of lemon custard, lychee, brioche, and a floral tease of honeysuckle. Finishing with a vibrant and juicy finish that showcases the classic viscous texture of Semillon with a touch of brightness from the Sauvignon Blanc.”

With one acre planted, the Shadybrook Estate Malbec is highly sought after and in limited quantities.”

“2020 produced a beautifully expressive Chardonnay from our Los Carneros Estate. The boisterous bouquet invites you in with lively aromas of warm Asian pear, Meyer lemon, crème brûlée and baking spices, supported by more subtle notes of brioche toast, a nod to the well-integrated French Oak. Fresh, vibrant and mouthwatering, the palate is crisp with layers of stone fruit, honeycomb, caramelized brown sugar and candied citrus, backed up by a luscious texture that is rich and balanced, a result of the delicate batonnage lees stirring that occurs during the winemaking process. Maintaining a core of fresh acidity, this Chardonnay is graceful, elegant, and full of depth with a lengthy satisfying finish.”
