BlendFest with Winemaker Rudy Zuidema

Experience being a Winemaker for a day! Create your own Napa Valley wine blend with the winemaker himself. With his deep knowledge and infectious passion for viticulture, Rudy Zuidema will guide you through the process of blending and creating your wine. The experience is enriched by sipping fine samples and engaging in lively discussions about terroir and tannin, and the melding of different varietals to create a full and balanced wine.
After beautifully perfecting your ideal blend, each team will be asked to test their knowledge of the industry with a "pitch" of their new wine to our panel of "Judges".
Unwind following the competition and join us for a buffet-style lunch complete with a selection of current-release wines. And to make certain the experience is memorable; each guest will leave with a bottle of the final blend. A truly excellent memento you can show off your blending prowess to friends and family.
