“Deep ruby in color, the 2019 Shadybrook Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich, dense, and supple wine perfectly encompassing the cool climate of Coombsville.  This wine showcases aromatics of violet, plum preserves, coastal redwood forests, and crème de cassis to pull you in.  The palette starts out rich and juicy with notes of boysenberry pie, holiday spices, and mocha powder with a well-rounded, juicy body.  The exquisite texture of this Cabernet finishes with a long, lingering chocolatey finish that stays on your back palate until you take the next sip.”
